Chapter 12

Sora looked around her. She didn’t know why she ended up in this club. It’s a private club where celebrities normally go clubbing in Gangnam.

She is not supposed to be where people in her industry are gathered. But she couldn’t think of any other place to go. She couldn’t think straight tonight after the quarrel with Dong Gun. She just needs somewhere to hide, somewhere to forget about what she’s been feeling.

“One cola..” She said to the bartender.

“Can you see?” The bartender asked.

Sora looked at him trying to understand the meaning behind his words. She then realized that she is still wearing her sunglasses on. The sunglasses she wears to hide her appearance from the public.

Sora laughed at herself for being silly. One advantage of being here is that you can be yourself. You don’t have to disguise yourself because everybody here is the same. They are all celebrities.

She smiled at the bartender when he gave her cola.

“You are Kang Sora right?” asked the bartender.

Sora nodded.

“I’m your fan.. But I never saw you here before..” Again he asked, trying to start the conversation while filling up some fruits for her.

“Here.. My treat..” He smiled.

“Thanks.. Yes, this is my first time here..” She smiled again while started to bring her drink to an empty table at the hidden corner of the club. She didn’t like crowded and noisy places in the first place. But tonight she’s making an exception.

She looked at some of the celebrities who are having fun dancing around following the beat of the music played. Those are the things that people normally do when visiting this kind of place. Those are the things that she should do rather than sitting on her table and just looking at them.

She’s taking a sip of her cola and sighing. This is not her thing. It is really not her thing. And a cola? Among all those ranges of alcohol beverages, she chooses cola? Clearly she’s still a baby in this kind of world.

She is resting her chin on her palm. Closes her eyes and started to move her fingers following the beat of the song played by the club DJ.

“Great beat.” She thought to herself.

“Knock knock..” Voice of a man came near her.

She looked up to him and eventually smiled. It’s a face that she knows.

“This is the first time you smiled at me..” The man said to her.

“Is it a crime Donghae-shi?” Sora asked.

“Are you drunk?” He still couldn’t believe Sora is greeting him with a nice sweet smile just now.

Sora is shaking her head. “Anieyo.. This is just a cola...” She answered while glancing at him. There is no reason for her to be bothered over that small thing further.

“I never saw you here before” Donghae asked. This is his normal hang out place. He knows most of the people there.

“This is my first time..” She answered.

“You’re here alone?”

Sora nodded while playing with her cola glass. “And you? Where’s your girlfriend?” She knows he has one. She met her at the resort a few days ago when she met Leeteuk, Sungmin and Siwon.

“I need my own time sometimes” Donghae answered while he started to take the seat beside her.

“Why are you here alone?” He asked again, curious.

“Running away.” She answered with a smile on her face.

“From?” Donghae looked at her.

Sora shrugged her shoulder. She didn’t answer his question but instead continued on to get Donghae’s  attention with her beautiful seductive smile.

“Your boyfriend?” He asked. He is still interested to know.

“Do you think I have a boyfriend?”

“Why not? I would kill to become the owner of that seductive smile from your beautiful face.” Donghae answered. He’s good with words.

Sora laughed. “My assumption about you is right..” She said.

“What assumption?” Donghae asked. Sora’s statement is making him curious.

“You’re a playboy, right?”

Donghae laughed back. “You’re sharp!” He said while looking at her again. “And you are too?” He said to her. He thought that she must be from the same kind to immediately identify the same ‘clan’.

Sora laughed again while taking a sip of her cola. “I wouldn’t consider myself as one. But I just know about them a little too much.” She smiled; deep meaning behind her words.

“Sorry for treating you badly before though.” She said to him.

Donghae nodded while looking at her beautiful face, her shining teary eyes and the seductive smile that stuck on her face. He just can’t get his eyes off of her.

“Could you please stop being so obvious.” Sora said to him.

“What?”

“Looking at me like that” She said.

“Oh.. Blame your beauty for that” Donghae said.

Sora laughed at Donghae’s statement.

“Cheers.” He said while taking out his glass of beer.

“Cheers” Sora accepting the invitation.

Sora was looking at Donghae. The meeting was fun, but it’s not taking away her earlier worries about what happened between her and Dong Gun.

Sora then took her phone from her purse, checking the time. It’s almost 3am. Dong Gun should be gone from her house by now, she thought to herself.

“Can I have your number?” Asked Donghae when he saw Sora is looking at her phone.

Sora giggles. “You know where you can get it..” She said while as she started to get up from her seat.

“Where are you going?”

“Home”

“Without saying goodbye?”

“We will meet again for sure” Sora left with a wink.

“You sure know how to flirt.” Donghae said while watching her walk away, leaving the club.

Chapter 11

"Where's Siwon?" Sungmin asked while looking around for Siwon. Everybody else is getting ready for their last breakfast before heading back to Seoul except for Siwon.

"He did not end his race either last night right?" Ryeowook said. Siwon and Sora did not check out from the game that they played last night.

"Oh? They did not?" asked Sungmin further.  He thinks something seems fishy.

"Maybe they went to his room instead?" Kyuhyun said, with a smirk on his face.

Leeteuk tries to ignore the conversation. He’s not in a good mood to join the teasing today, especially when it involved Sora.

"Why didn’t anybody wake me up?" Siwon said while walking towards the breakfast table with half-awake eyes; still sleepy.

"Oh Siwon-ah, you finally woke up." Leeteuk said while trying to steal a glimpse behind Siwon, in case Sora is there; in case the teasing is true.

"We were just gossiping about you.." Kyuhyun said.

"What is it?" Siwon looked at Kyuhyun while taking the seat beside Leeteuk.

"You never checked out from the game last night, right? Are you having a good time with Sora-shi?" asked giggling Kyuhyun; he’s having fun teasing Siwon.

"What are you talking about?" Siwon asked. He didn’t understand the situation.

"Anieya, don't bother about them. They are just teasing you." said Leeteuk while handing Siwon his breakfast. Even though his heart is dying to know what is happening last night, he didn’t think it’s a good time to show his interest in front of everybody else around.

"Gomawo.." said Siwon to Leeteuk as he started to eat his breakfast. He’s hungry.

"But we're really curious though. What had happened to both of you?" Kangin asked.

"You mean Sora-shi?" asked Siwon.

Kangin and Kyuhyun both nodded while Leeteuk kept eating his breakfast, maintaining his cool image without showing any sign of interest. Sungmin was looking at Siwon, waiting for his answer.

"She said she's not well. So I sent her back to her hotel." Siwon lied. They don’t have to know the real story of their whole conversation last night.

"No wonder she chose you.” Sungmin said, feeling a bit relieved after hearing Siwon’s answer. “We didn't let her leave early last night as we didn’t know she wasn’t feeling good." He said while looking at Leeteuk while rationalizing what had happened.

Leeteuk nodded. That conclusion makes sense. It is somehow making him feel good too.

"Maybe…" Siwon nodded. Not denying neither agreeing.

"I will go check on her before we go back to Seoul." Sungmin said while continuing to eat his breakfast. His appetite is back to normal after knowing the situation; the situation that he believes in.

"She already went back to Seoul this morning." said Siwon.

"Eo? What had happened?" Leeteuk asked. His heart just started to feel a bit relieved with Sungmin’s conclusion earlier, but Siwon’s statement just now is making him curious again. To make him more curious, Siwon knew about it earlier than the others; even earlier than Sungmin.

Siwon looked at Leeteuk while smiling. He knows Leeteuk has been interested to know since the beginning, but he has been controlling it well until just now.

“Yes, what happened?” asked Sungmin.

"I told her to contact me if she’s still not feeling better, but I saw her text when I woke up just now saying that she went back to Seoul." Siwon said while secretly glancing at both Sungmin and Leeteuk, looking at their reactions to his words.

"Well, at least we know she's okay.." Leeteuk said.

“Dae..” Sungmin said as he continues to eat his breakfast.

Leeteuk looked at Siwon. Again he feels something is not right. His gut feeling says something is not right. Just like how he felt last night.

“Something happened last night, right?” Leeteuk whispered to Siwon.

“Like what?”

“I don’t know.. My gut feeling says that there is something more to it.”

Siwon laughed. “What gut feelings are you talking about, hyung?”

“Hmm.. Never mind.” He didn’t pursue on asking much about it. Why would he bother so much about Sora? He thought to himself.

“You really like her do you?” Siwon whispered back.

“Oh well, she’s attractive.” He smiled.

Siwon nodded.

“Why?” Leeteuk asked looking at Siwon.

“Anieya.. Just asking.” He said while continue having his breakfast. His assumption is true.

Sora is resting in her condo looking at the view of Seoul city while listening to the beautiful melody from Yiruma’s instrumental songs; something to soothe her feelings tonight.

She still remembers her meeting with Siwon and how they encountered each other at the resort a few days ago. Siwon’s words to her made her think back about what had happened between them.

"Sora dear..." a man’s voice came out from the living room. Somebody just entered her condo.

Sora pretended not to hear the voice and continued to look at the view of the city that layed beneath her. The owner of that voice is the last person that she wanted to see now.

"Sora ya..." the voice is getting closer. This time it is right behind her. 

"What are you doing?" he asked and started to hug Sora's shoulder from behind and at the same time handing her a bunch of flowers.

Sora closed her eyes, didn’t give any kind of reaction towards the man’s appearance.

“I miss you.” He said when he realized Sora is ignoring him.

“Don’t bluff”, Sora answered while taking his hand off her shoulder and then walked towards the couch at the other corner of the room.

"What's wrong?” He asked while approaching her again. His eyes are fixed on her expression; reading the situation.

“You know best about what have you done.”

“Is it because of the article again?” He asked referring to the article that has become an issue few days back. He knows Sora didn’t like it.

Sora’s quiet, not answering his question.

“I promised this is really going to be the last time”, he said.

“No it’s not. You’ll do it again after a while”, Sora said. She’s done with his promises. “And that is only what’s being found by the public. There’s a lot more than what’s revealed, isn’t it?”

He looked at Sora, smiling. She knows him well now.

“Why are you treating me like this?” Her eyes started to tear up.

“Why are you being emotional about this?” He’s surprised looking at Sora’s tears. This is not the first time things like this happened, but he never saw her tearing up in front of him. She’s been accepting their open relationship status well all this while.

“I’m done. I’m seriously done with you.” She said while wiping out her tears.

“Darling… You know what you are getting into before you choose me.” He’s being cynical. Being a playboy is his nature. Nothing can change him from that.

“I know and I’ve made mistakes” Sora said to him. Siwon made her realize how deep she was in her mistakes all this while; how stupid she was when she made the decision to go after the fame promised by the person in front of her now. It’s the mistake that she would never know if it can be undone.

“I thought you already had a good time at the resort? But what’s with this attitude?" asked the man. Sora seemed a bit hard to persuade today. Not like always.

She looked at him, speechless. Of course, he would know every single thing that she does with the bodyguard following her 24 hours a day.

His hands started to play with Sora’s beautiful jawline.

"Stop right there, Jang Dong Gun shi!" Sora said in a raised voice.

Dong Gun looked at her with a smile. He can anticipate where this is heading.

"I've given you the opportunity to have fun with those men and now you are doing this to me?" he said with his small laugh.

"I didn’t plan to meet them there.." answered Sora.

"Yes, I never dispute that. But you still had fun with them right?" again he's being cynical.

"Don't tell me because of that you can bury your mistakes away?" said Sora.

"No I didn’t. But at least we're now equal."

"I’m not like you!” She started to get annoyed.

“Of course you’re not. You’re using man for benefits, but I’m using woman for fun. It is for different reason.” Dong Gun is being cynical again. His money and his status is what being seek by women.

"Let me go.." say Sora. She knows today's argument won’t lead them anywhere. But she had enough of this. She’s determined to end it here.

Dong Gun laughed. "You know I won’t let you go." He said.

"What do you want from me still? You have those girls around you!" she looked at him with much hatred.

She made a wrong decision before. She made the wrong decision by thinking that the guy before her can give her the fame and glamour that she's been dreaming of. All of that came with a price. A price of hatred and suffering that she has to pay now.

"I come to you when I'm sick with them of course." Dong Gun laughed.

Sora looked at him while giving him a sharp glare. "Do you seriously want to continue with this?" she asked.

Dong Gun smirked. "Of course. Why wouldn't I?" he said.

"Okay. You asked for it." Sora said. She’s determined to let herself go from this man.

"What is on your mind?" asked Dong Gun. He feels uncomfortable looking at that smile on her face. She is not supposed to be smiling in this situation.

"Where are you going?" Asked Dong Gun again when Sora started to change her clothes. "Don't you dare go out tonight. I’m here now!"

"Watch me." Sora said while picking up her purse and her sports car key from her dresser table and headed out to the door; leaving Dong Gun inside her condo.

Chapter 10

“What are you doing here?” Siwon asked after a few while walking together with Sora around the resort. Others are already gone playing with the game, but it’s not their interest now.

Sora looked at him, surprised that he is talking to her in a rather friendlier tone than earlier.

“I’m on my vacation and accidentally I run into Sungmin and Leeteuk here..” Answered Sora while continue walking side by side with him. Her feelings toward Siwon are long gone, but seeing him again today, making her remembered their good old days.

“You’re on vacation alone?” Siwon asked, a bit weird.

Sora nodded.

“We must have some kind of fate to meet again..”

“I never know you were from Super Junior before.” It seems like her fate with Super Junior is destined. Even from long time ago.

“Lots of things that you still didn’t know about me..” Say Siwon. Sora only knows him as an actor and a son of a rich person.

He knows her when she first stepped up in the entertainment industry. But their relationship is a short one. It only lasted for a few months. But that few months are being filled with beautiful memories which he still remembered until today. It’s the memories that he will not trade for anything else, even though it ended up halfway.

“About last time..”

“No..” Siwon is cutting Sora from proceeding with what she’s going to say. “Past is past. Don’t bother to look at it again.” Siwon said while looking up the sky. It is as black as coal.

“But..”

“There’s nothing else to clear Sora. A break-up is a break-up. There is no proper way to that..”

Sora went silent. Siwon is right. Even how proper the break-up was, one way or another, it will still hurt the other party’s feeling.

“You’re doing fine now though..” Siwon is changing the topic to talk about Sora instead. He knew the medias and the broadcast stations been chasing to work with her lately. Her infamous ‘Sunny’ project makes her name sky-rocketed to the top.

“Not much but slowly…” Sora said while smiling. Lots of ups and downs during her journey as an actress and Siwon is in there somewhere when she first started off her journey in the industry.

“You and that guy?” Siwon asked. He contemplates to ask it at first, but he’s curious.

Sora looked away into the deep forest. It’s a topic that she doesn't want to talk about.

Both of them went silent again. Tonight is going to be a long night for both of them.

Sora looked at him when she heard Siwon is sighing. He must be feeling burdened being with her now.

“Do you..” Siwon wanted to ask a question in his mind, but he is contemplating again.

“What?”

“Do you realize Leeteuk and Sungmin have feelings for you?”

“I know..” Sora said. All of those feelings, she realizes it.

“You know?”

Sora nodded while her eyes are on the game instruction.

“Then why are you playing with this fire again?” That fire he was in before. The fire that makes him stepped back for her safety.

“I’m just being a friend to them..” Say Sora.

“But you said you realize they have other feelings towards you. And it’s clearly not just a friendship” Siwon looked at her.

Sora went silent. She knows the meaning behind Siwon’s question. It is meant for her to step back and maintained her boundaries.

“You know where this ‘friendship’ is heading right? You always know where it’s heading.” Siwon added while looking at her. Her attractiveness is man’s weaknesses.

He still wants to protect her. And at the same time he wanted to protect his friends too. He knows if the same thing happened to him a few years back is going to happen to his other members, it is not going to be easy to settle.

“I..” Her voice started to shaken. She cannot proceed with her words.

“Sora.. You know if you proceed with this, somebody is going to get hurt. Please don’t think of it.” Siwon sounded a bit harsh. He just doesn’t want anybody to get hurt again, especially when this is going to involve his group member whom he loves.

Sora eyes started to fill with tears but she’s trying hard to contain it from falling.

Siwon knows what situation she is in. He saw the news yesterday, the news that probably brings her here now. But he also knows that he can’t help her. It is the choice that she had made last time.

“Don’t cry.. I know it’s hard for you. But this is your choice, remember?” Siwon said while softly touches her cheek. That beautiful woman had to face many challenges at this young age.

“I wish I can turn back time..” Her tears finally dropped. It’s been a while since she’s been keeping herself from crying over her feelings. She’s trying hard to be tough and accept her fate; her decision. But today, meeting Siwon reminded of how stupid she was at that time.

“There’s no use to talk about something that has been done. Look forward…” Siwon is holding Sora’s shoulder, asking her to remain strong.

Sora looked at him. The feeling of regret is all over her now.

“I need to go back to my room..” She said while wiping out her tears; the tears that eventually fall in front of her past.

“I’ll walk you to your hotel..”

He looked at Sora, feeling a little bit guilty. He knows he shouldn’t bring up that matter. It is not his intention to be hard on her either. But remembering what is the impact that will be waiting for her should what happened today proceeds, he can’t stand to see her getting hurt again.

“Ask him to get out from the hiding place.” Say Siwon as soon as they arrived at the hotel entrance.

Sora looks at him with raised eyebrows. Didn’t understand what he is referring to.

“Your bodyguard..”

“He's not here. I’ve dismissed him from his duty today..”

“No he’s not.” Siwon said while looking at the bush in front of them. “Get out..” He said.

A man in black shirt comes out from his hiding place.

“So it is really you at the beach earlier?” Sora asked him. She was right to believe that it was her bodyguard when Leeteuk said he saw somebody following them.

“I told you not to follow me didn’t I?” Sora said to him, frustrated.

“It’s not his fault though. That is his job.”Siwon said while turned his body facing Sora again.

“Think about what I’ve said earlier.. Think about it before things get complicated again..” Siwon said.

“And always.. Take care..” He is giving her a warm hug. He loved that girl before. Even though their relationship has ended, his sense of protecting her is always there.

Sora nodded.

“Take care of her..” Siwon requested her bodyguard before leaving both of them. The man slightly bowed to Siwon as he is leaving.

Again, she’s looking at Siwon leaving. Just like 3 years back, with the same last message.

She looks up the sky, the coal black dark sky without any signs of moon or stars. It is as dark as her feeling at the current moment. She sighed. Sigh of discontent from the situation she’s in. Sigh of regret.

Chapter 9

What game are we playing?" asked Sora while looking at their excited faces. Seem like they are waiting for the highlight of the event more than anything else.

"Amazing race!" Kyuhyun answered. He looks the most excited amongst all of them.

"Amazing race? This late at night?" Ask Yoon Ji, Kangin's girlfriend while looking at her wrist watch, confirming the time. All the other girls started to complain too.

They didn't feel comfortable to play that kind of game in the middle of the night. Especially at a private resort where there’s not much people around.

"Don't worry.. All of you will be coupled with your own partner." says Sungmin, stepping up seeing the uncontrolled situation. The women don’t seem to agree in playing the game.

“Do you think we believe our partner?” Yoon Ji giggled while looking at Kangin.

“Ya! Sit down. Stop making a fuss” yelled Kangin while pulling his girlfriend to stay seated.

“Ah, waee!”

The other members started to laugh looking at their cute lovers’ quarrel.

"We will need to vote though.." say Sungmin while looking at Leeteuk, Siwon and Sora. "Unless you all agree for me to be partnered with Sora" Sungmin giggled.

"No, let’s vote.." Leeteuk said. At least by voting, he would be given the same chance as Sungmin and Siwon to be partnered with Sora.

"No, you don’t need to do that. I'll choose my partner. Can I?" Ask Sora.

"Who do you want to choose?" Sungmin asked. He is confident that she will be choosing him; the person who Sora is most comfortable with.

Sora looked all the three gentlemen in front of her one by one.

"Siwon-shi?" She answered to Leeteuk and Sungmin’s surprise.

Siwon also looked at her, shocked. He didn’t expect that she will be making that kind of decision after her attempt to leave the party earlier.

"Can we?" Sora is asking Siwon again. She is hoping for Siwon to accept it.

Siwon looked at her, giving her a sharp glance while trying to understand the hidden agenda behind her request. “What is she up to?” He thought to himself.

"Siwon? Why Siwon?" Sungmin asked. He didn’t understand Sora’s choice and he wanted to further know the reason behind it.

It should be him, or at worst, Leeteuk. But why Siwon whom she just met a few minutes ago?

Sora smiled. Refuse to answer Sungmin’s question. She knows she does not have any explanation to that. She had her own reason. A reason where Sungmin and Leeteuk wouldn’t understand. A reason where only Siwon and her knows.

Sora looked at Siwon while giving him a signal, asking for him to accept her request.

"Sora had chosen her partner, Sungmin-ah.. Don't need to ask further.." Leeteuk said to Sungmin while backing up Sora's choice.

He is hurt when he first heard Siwon’s name instead of him, but he also accepts the fact that his looks, his body and his height cannot compare with Siwon’s. It is Sora's choice after all. There must be a reason why she did that.

Sora smiled at Leeteuk. Again Leeteuk's attitude is confirming her perception towards him. He's a Mr. Nice guy who always think of others before him. Even though his decision means he needs to ignore his own interest.

"Let’s start with this.." Leeteuk said while grasping Sungmin's neck.  He knows Sungmin is frustrated with Sora’s choice too, just like him; but everybody needs to move on.

Sungmin is dragging his feet to follow Leeteuk picking up the instruction pamphlet from their manager who are in charge of organizing this game. The reality is not as good as what he presumed to be.

"What are you doing?" Asked Siwon after seeing both Leeteuk and Sungmin has gone quite far from both of them.

"We need to talk..." Sora said.

"We've finished talking a few years back, didn't we?" Say Siwon. The memory is still fresh in his mind.

Sora is speechless. She knows she don't have the right to bring up the matters again. Her eyes are on Siwon’s for a few seconds.

“What?” He looked at her back.

“You’re avoiding it again..”

“Miss.. We’re done remember? What else to talk about?”

Sora is giving him a sharp glance. “I need a proper closure”

“What’s not proper with our ‘closure’ last time?” Siwon said while making a hand gesture.

"What did you guys talk about? Siwon, come and take your pamphlet!" Sungmin shouted to Siwon from a far.

“I’m coming!” He shouted back.

Leeteuk looked at both Siwon and Sora. They seem to talk quite a lot for a person who just knew each other.  Looking from their expressions, it doesn’t seem like they just know each other. Their conversation looks quite intense.

"We will talk later.." Siwon said while heading to where Sungmin and Leeteuk is taking their pamphlet, leaving Sora on her own.

“What are you talking about?” Sungmin asked.

“Nothing..” He said while smiling. It’s too complicated to explain. It is better for them not to know it.

“Sorry that she chose me hyung..” Siwon looked at Leeteuk. He knows. He realized. Both Leeteuk and Sungmin are hoping for Sora to choose them.

“Anieya.. That’s her choice” Replied Leeteuk while taking a glimpse at Sora who’s waiting at the other end. Then he looked at Siwon who is in front of him.

Both of them seem weird. Leeteuk always trusted his gut feeling, but why is it that today his heart is telling him both Siwon and Sora have something that they are hiding. His heart is telling him that today is not the first time they’ve met each other.

“It’s impossible. I know everything about Siwon” Leeteuk whispered to himself while ignoring his ridiculous feeling. Reminding himself that his gut feelings can be wrong… sometimes.

[Author's note: I know I know, its a short chapter :P But to make up to this, I'll try to finalized chapter 10 by weekend. Hehe.. Enjoy reading dearest! ^^]

Chapter 8

“Hyung! Siwon is looking for you..” Sungmin told Leeteuk who seem to be waiting for someone outside his hut. Sungmin was right by looking for Leeteuk there.

“What now? He wasn’t there earlier when I went there. Why can’t he come here?” Leeteuk is pissed. It is starting to disturb his time with Sora now.

Sungmin shrugged. “He said he will be waiting for you there..”

“Hmm.. He’s bothering me like hell..” Leeteuk hissed.

“Maybe he got problems with his girlfriend again?” Sungmin giggles. The problem with his control freak girlfriend is always making him disturb Leeteuk asking for advice. Sungmin knows it all. Leeteuk often tells him the story about Siwon and his girlfriend.

Leeteuk laughed. “Let’s see if our suspicion is correct..” While he started to walk towards the gathering area.

“Ah right! Sora is in my room. I’m going to leave her with you okay?” Leeteuk forgot about Sora. They went to his hut as Sora wanted to use the washroom.

“Arasso..” Sungmin nodded while taking a seat at the rattan chair at the verandah and enjoying the fresh air.

 “Kamsa… Eo?” Sora surprised when she saw Sungmin outside the hut. “When did you come? Where is Leeteuk oppa?”

“He went to meet our team member. Why? You’re frustrated because it’s me now?” Sungmin asked. He saw how Leeteuk and Sora started to get attached to each other tonight.

“Oppa wagurae…” Sora is doing her aegyo while softly hitting Sungmin’s shoulder.

“Whatever..” He’s pouting his lips, sulking.

Sora laughed.

“Why are you laughing?”

“It seems like both you and Leeteuk oppa are taking turns on taking care of me. Am I a kid?” Again, she giggles.

“Of course you are a kid.. Look at this!” Sungmin pinched Sora’s baby-fat cheek.

“Oppa!” Sora is raising her voice. “Didn’t I tell you not to do that..” While brushing her cheek. She doesn’t like it.

“What’s wrong with that? You’re cute!”

“Anything but my cheek..”

“Arasso.. Mianhae” Sungmin said while grasping Sora shoulder near to his while leading her towards the crowd, where all the members and their partners are gathered.

“Look at them.. They really looked like a couple..” Kyuhyun said while looking at Sungmin and Sora who’s walking shoulder to shoulder heading towards them.

“It would be better if Sungmin oppa is a bit taller though” Jung-ah, Kyuhyun’s girlfriend is adding the comments about Sungmin and Sora. That couple is just love to judge other people, especially their appearances.

“Who?” Siwon who is engrossed with his conversation with Leeteuk at first got distracted by Kyuhyun and his girlfriend’s talk.

“Kang Sora..” Say Leeteuk while looking at both Sora and Sungmin who are walking towards them. Seeing how close they are walking together is starting to make his heart burn with jealousy.

“Kang Sora?” That name sounds so familiar to him. Siwon turned looking at both Sungmin and the woman who is walking with him.

“Both of you really share the same partner today.” Tease Eunhyuk. He saw how Leeteuk looks so attached to Sora earlier and now Sungmin too. Something is going to get complicated if they are not mitigating this from the early stage. He thought to himself.

“Well what’s wrong with that? She is our partner..” Say Leeteuk while getting up from his seat and started to grasp Sora’s shoulder as well.

“Oppa.. Don’t do this. This is embarrassing..” Say Sora while dismissing both their hands from her shoulder. She hates being treated like a trophy that they won from an award.

Siwon looked at Sora’s expression. Indeed, that is Kang Sora that he knew from few years back. She speaks her heart as always. Both her words and her expression are in sync. “She hasn’t changed..” He said to himself.

“This is Siwon, our other member..” Leeteuk is changing the attention of the conversation. It must be awkward for Sora to be treated that way. He can feel that she doesn’t like it.

“Nice to meet you Sora-shi..” Siwon said while extending his hand and looking at Sora’s beautiful face whose eyes are still looking down.

Sora is accepting his hands while looking at that tall man’s eyes. Her hand started to shake. That man is someone she should have not met. Someone she should have not being seen together with.

Siwon is tightening his clasp. Try to hide her shaking hands. “Be careful with your hands, it’s obvious..” He whispered near to her ears.

As she turned, Sora’s face was almost touching Siwon’s – it was so close.  She nodded slowly, understanding his message then started to put a fake smile. She needs to control it well.

“What did you whisper to her?” Sungmin and Leeteuk asked in chorus. Both are curiously looking at Siwon’s shocking gesture.

“I asked her to be careful with playboys like both of you.” He smiled naughtily while glancing at Sora who’s still with a fake smile on her face. Somehow being an actress is beneficial for her at times like this.

Sora started fidgeting while looking at the three gentlemen in front of her. “Oppa.. I think I need to go now. It’s getting late...” Sora turned to Leeteuk and Sungmin.

“Why so fast.. The highlight of today’s barbeque started at midnight..” Say Sungmin. He wanted for Sora to join them for the highlights.

“You’re not a Cinderella that must come home before midnight right?” Ask Siwon.

Sora is glancing at Siwon. She knows he is saying that on purpose. “I’m grateful for being invited today.. But I shouldn’t be disturbing your group activities too much...”

“You must not miss this one though..” Sungmin said again. It’s too early for her to be dismissed from their party.

She looked at Leeteuk trying to buy the sympathy from him. Asking him to help her in convincing Sungmin to let her go early. She’s not comfortable to stay there with Siwon’s appearance.

Leeteuk looked at her back. He understands that look. Her eyes seem to be bothered with something for her to make that kind of request suddenly. However, he remained with his silence. He also wanted for Sora to be there still.

"You should stay.. Please stay.." Siwon is trying to support Sungmin’s statement earlier. He knows Sora is not comfortable with him. But he also knows both Leeteuk and Sungmin keen for her to stay.

Sora looked at Siwon, trying to read from his expression whether he is genuine with his request.

She then nodded agreeing. Just for tonight. Maybe after this, they will not meet each other anymore. She thought to herself.

"Let's start our midnight game!” Eunhyuk said to his team members, excited to start with the highlights of their group vacation.
